Would I Train Monday To Friday?
You train Mon-Fi and there could be one or two Saturdays, depending on the program.
What Time Does The Classes Start And End Daily?
Depending what is arranged for the day, starting time is generally 09h00 and classes end at 15h30.
Does Cabin Crew Academy Offer Bursaries?
We are a private institution, so unfortunately, we don’t offer bursaries.
Do I Need A Matric Certificate To Apply?
No you do not, however it is strongly recommended.
Who Is Cabin Crew Academy Accredited With?
Cabin Crew Academy is accredited with both:
- SA-CAA (South African Civil Aviation Authority)
- IATA (International Air Transport Association)
Is The License International?
Yes. Your Cabin Crew License will be internationally recognized and accepted.
Does Cabin Crew Academy Have Graduation Ceremonies?
Yes! We host a formal graduation after each course.
Does Cabin Crew Academy Have Student Accommodation?
Yes, we have self-catering student accommodation on campus.
Is The Accommodation Included In The Course fees
Accommodation is not included in the course fees
Do I Need To Bring My Own Bedding For The Accommodation?
You will be required to bring your own bedding and towels.
Is There TV And DSTV Available In Res?
Residence do have tv’s with DSTV (hotel package)
Can We Swim At Res?
Students can swim at any time at res.
Am I Guaranteed A Job After Doing The Course?
The short answer is no. You are not guaranteed to find a job after the course, however we do offer a workplace preparation course which will help prepare you with all the necessary skills to apply for your dream job.
What Is The Age Requirement To Do The Course?
A student needs to be 18 years old before writing the SA-CAA exam, no maximum age.
Are Meals Supplied During The Course?
A complimentary lunch is supplied daily when there are classes (generally not Saturdays and Sundays).
Is There Free Wi-Fi At The School And Res?
Complimentary, uncapped wi-fi is available to all students.
Can Our Family Come To Visit?
Families ae welcome to visit over weekends and even have picnics in the garden with their families.
Can We Come And Go As We Please Or Must We Be In At A Specific Time?
We treat students as young adults and they may come and go as they please.
Is There A Tuck Shop At The School?
Yes and students can purchase various items 7 days a week from 8am to 4pm.
